Attorney Bailey Goldberg joined our Exeter office in May 2024 as an Associate Attorney. Bailey’s interest in law began 16 years ago during his time as a legal intern in the Massachusetts court system.

After graduating from law school in 2012, Bailey worked as an associate in the Boston area, providing estate and tax planning through the use of LLCs, partnerships and closely held corporations to preserve clients’ wealth and limit their personal exposure related to business activities. Often, such strategies were incorporated into complex estate plans and involved implementing gifting programs focused on using the lifetime gift tax exemption through the use of trusts for minority interest gifting. Bailey’s trusts & estates experience continued as an associate at two New Hampshire firms, where he created simple and complex estate plans for asset protection and represented clients in estate administration proceedings. The multi-jurisdictional proficiency and sophisticated planning expertise he brings to the firm are ideal to support our growing client base. We are glad to have him playing a key role in our future.
